The banks’ customer care center operators will not be able to make illegal recovery on the transactions of rupees. On the complaint of recovering twenty rupees on a thousand transactions, DM Dinesh Kumar Singh, while expressing angered, has instructed the LDM to investigate the customer service centers and take strict action against those who do illegal recovery. The bank has also lost consciousness of the bank personnel involved in strictly recovering the DM. On Tuesday, many women from Hagwan block area were present before DM Dinesh Kumar Singh. Some of them were Anganwadi workers, cooks, asha workers. He told that he goes to the customer service centers to make a transaction of the rupees. There is a fine of twenty rupees for a thousand rupees transaction. If these complaints came before the DM, they took it seriously. They assured him that he would not take any money from them. He said that if any complaint has been received regarding any illegal collection, then the operator will be sent to jail.
